Why Choose This 8.5×16 Concession Trailer?

A well-planned layout makes service faster. In addition, the 7’3″ interior height gives you plenty of headroom, and the 8.5′ width leaves room for your crew to work side by side. Whether you’re opening your first coffee trailer or adding another unit, this trailer gives you a solid, thoughtfully built workspace.

Exterior and Frame

First, the .080 black poly core exterior is durable and easy to clean, and the blackout package adds a sharp, finished look. Next, the flat front with cast corners gives the trailer a clean, professional profile. Also, the 70″ triple tube tongue and 3K electric jack make hooking up and moving the trailer easier. For power, a generator box with mesh side vents lets your generator breathe while it keeps the unit stored securely.

Windows, Doors, and Serving Area

Customers will notice the 3′ x 3′ concession window, which includes glass and a screen, plus a door that opens side to side for easy service. In addition, the 12″ x 36″ fold-down shelf on the exterior gives guests a spot to set their orders. Meanwhile, a 2′ x 2′ window, placed 2’6″ from the front, adds natural light. To make the most of your floor space, the 36″ side door is located at the rear of the trailer. Finally, two racing lights beside the windows help your service area stand out in the evening.

Electrical and Lighting

Power is where this trailer really shines. For example, the 100 AMP electrical package with motorbase plug can support the equipment most vendors rely on. In addition, a 220 plug on the driver side middle makes room for larger appliances. Because water and electricity need to be kept apart, two GFI outlets are installed near the sink. Six round recessed lights then keep the whole workspace bright.

Climate Control

The 12K mini split AC keeps the interior comfortable in summer heat and winter chill alike. As a result, your crew and your equipment stay cool through a long day of service.

Water, Sinks, and Plumbing

Many health departments require specific sink setups, so this trailer comes with a triple sink and a separate handwash sink. In addition, the 90-gallon fresh water tank and 100-gallon waste tank give you plenty of capacity for a full day at an event. Best of all for coffee businesses, there’s a drain for an espresso machine located under the 220 plug.

Interior Layout and Finishes

Inside, 24″ deep cabinets run along the passenger side. They start 3′ from the front and end just before the concession window. Because the cabinets include dividers, you can keep supplies, cups, and equipment neatly organized. Meanwhile, the insulated walls and ceiling help hold temperatures steady, so your AC works less. Finally, the wood grain walls and ceiling give the interior a warm, inviting look, and the RTP flooring holds up to heavy daily use.

Perfect For

Because this trailer is so well laid out, it works for many mobile businesses. For instance, it’s a great fit for coffee and espresso shops, smoothie and juice bars, bakeries and dessert vendors, and snow cone or ice cream stands. Likewise, it’s ready for festivals, fairs, farmers markets, and catered events.
